Return Policy — Metaltywears

We want you to love what you buy from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The size received is different from what you ordered

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


2. Return Request Time

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Used, washed, or damaged products caused by customer handling

  • Customized or altered clothing


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Share product images if requested for verification.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Do not send items back without approval, as they may not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy for Returns

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


6. Exchange Option

  • Exchanges are available only for size or defective product cases.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (size preference, change of mind), shipping charges may be deducted.
